You do not need to be in Dubai to buy in Dubai. A large share of our clients purchase from another country and never lose a night of sleep over it. The key is a process that keeps you informed and does the running around for you.
You can do most of it remotely
Private video walkthroughs, detailed photo sets and honest voice notes mean you can shortlist and view without flying in. Where signing in person is not practical, there are established ways to handle it remotely, and we walk you through the options.
The process, step by step
1. Discovery and shortlist
We start with your goal and budget, then send a focused selection with honest notes on each, not an endless list.
2. Viewings and due diligence
In person or by private video. We check the developer, the building, the service charges and the real rental numbers before you commit.
3. Offer and reservation
We negotiate on your behalf and handle the reservation, keeping you updated at each step.
4. Contracts and transfer
We coordinate the paperwork and the transfer with the developer or seller and the Dubai Land Department, so the legal side is handled properly.
5. Handover and beyond
Keys, snagging, furnishing, leasing and management. Many clients stay with us long after the sale, and buy again through us.
Costs to expect
Beyond the price of the property, buyers should budget for the standard transaction costs, which typically include the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of around four percent plus registration and agency fees. We set these out clearly for your specific purchase before you commit, so nothing is a surprise.
Buying from abroad should feel calm. Our job is to carry the moving parts so you only make the decisions that matter.
Wherever you are, we can start with a simple call and a shortlist built around what you actually want.
